TimeTac offers you the opportunity to create plan entries on various zoom levels. To modify the zoom factor click on the plus or minus symbol. The higher the zoom factor is set the more detailed will the day be shown. With a low zoom factor a larger time period will be shown.
Daily View
The Daily View is the highest zoom level possible . In the daily view you can create plan entries to a quarter of an hour. Click and drag the left mouse button to set the time period. The end time is displayed next to your mouse cursor as a clock symbol. The start and end time are displayed as two clock symbols above the planned entry.
Weekly View
In the zoom level Weekly View it is possible to create plan entries by day. How to create a plan entry for individual days has already been explained. To create a longer plan entry in the weekly view click and drag the left mouse button to determine the length of the plan entry. Next to your mouse cursor you can see the end date. Both the start date and the end date of the plan entry will be displayed just above the plan entry.
Monthly View
In the zoom level Monthly View it is possible to create plan entries by day/week. How to create a plan entry for individual days has already been explained. To create a longer plan entry in the monthly view click and drag the left mouse button to determine the length of the plan entry. Next to your mouse cursor you can see the end date. Both the start date and the end date of the plan entry will be displayed just above the plan entry.
Annual View
In the smallest zoom level, the annual view, each column stands for one month. The view starts with the current month and shows the current year and also overlaps into the next calendar year. You can schedule longer periods of time in the same way as in the weekly and monthly views. In the annual view individual days are displayed as mouse-overs as well.
