Manage your personnel requirement precisely for future time frames. You can create daily, weekly or monthly plan entries. Employees are able to see these plan entries in the TimeTac calendar. The different departments of your company will be shown and you can see which employee is available for each desired day.

User Management

In order to be able to use project planning it needs to be activated. Navigate to User Settings – User Management. Open the right side menu and navigate to Permissions. Activate Show »Planning« menu with a click in the checkbox.

Overview

With the project planner all the selected employees which are sorted by departments are shown on the left side. The top bar allows you to adjust changes. Plan entries are shown in blue with the project name and task. Days without a plan entry are shown white. Days on which an employee is not available are marked grey. Reasons for sick leave and vacation days are listed with an abbreviation. Empty grey fields may be public holidays, weekends or days off according to the allocated work schedule.

Calendar View

The plan entries in the project planner will be synced to the calendar of the particular employee and the responsible manager. Click on the calendar in the register menu or on the left side menu to change to the calendar view. Several plan entries are now marked blue in your calendar.
