columns-basics

Here is a brief explanation of the core columns within the Timesheet Report. Once you have covered these, take a look at the advanced columns.

Please ensure that the employee has been assigned to a work schedule first. Without this, the Timesheet Report will not display any relevant information

CW, D, Date and User

These columns are relatively self explanatory. CW shows the current calendar week since the start of the year. D and Date show the day and date of that row, while User is the employee’s name.

You can only display the Timesheet Report for one employee at a time. Managers can switch between employees using the dropdown menu in the side menu.

I, O, B and Breaks

  • I (In): The arrival time for the employee that day. This is the start time of the first timestamp recorded that day.
  • O (Out): The departure time for the employee that day. This is the end time of the last timestamp recorded that day.
  • B (Break): The total duration of breaks taken between the I (In) and O (Out). Time that is tracked on the task “Break” and time where no activity was tracked at all will be recorded as breaks.
  • Breaks: The time frame when breaks were taken.

NWH and TWH

  • NWH (Normal Working Hours): The amount of hours that should be recorded on this day as defined by the work schedule.
  • TWH (Target Working Hours): The Normal Working Hours for that day, taking into consideration other factors which may affect the required working time. For example, if a particular day was a public holiday, the Target Working Hours for that day would be reduced to 0 as the workplace was closed. Alternatively, if the employee had used 2 hours of compensation time that morning, then the Normal Working Hours of 8 would be reduce to 6 in the Target Working Hours.

WH

WH shows the amount of Working Hours that were recorded on that particular day. This is the total duration of timestamps for that day (excluding non-productive time, such as breaks).
