Each task within a project can have its own rates of income and expenditure. The total amount of hours tracked on these tasks and projects can then be calculated against these rates to display key financial figures.
Assign Cost and Revenue Rates

Navigate to the tab, opening the relevant project and finding the appropriate task you wish to assign these costs and revenue rates to.
Right click on the task to open the context menu, then select , and switch to the Finances tab.
- Internal Cost per Hour: The hourly cost rate that should be assigned to this task.
- Revenue per Hour: The hourly revenue rate that should be assigned to this task.
- Billable: Whether the task is billable and should be invoiced to a client using these cost rates.
- Overwrite Existing Timestamps: Leave unchecked if these financial rates should take effect from this point onwards, or check this box to apply these financial rates to all previous timestamps as well.
Viewing Financial Rates

To see this data in action, open any report from the menu. The cost and revenue figures displayed will be calculated on the rates you defined.
