You can create projects and tasks in the menu.
Create a New Project

Click on the button. In the New Project window, provide a project name and select the parent project if desired. If needed, you can provide more details, such as a client and a deadline, then click .
Create a New Task

Click on the button. Provide a task name and select the parent project. You can once again specify further details here.
You can also create new projects and tasks via the context menu. Simply right click on an existing task or project and select from the options available.
Assign Project Restrictions

You can assign access restrictions for a project at any time you wish, either while creating a new project or editing an existing project. Use access restrictions to limit the number of employees who have access to a certain project, its sub-projects and tasks. Excluded employees will not see these projects and tasks, nor will they be able to track time against them.
Manager accounts automatically have access rights to all projects.
