
The Leave Management solution from TimeTac automates a large part of the holiday and vacation request process. You can specify how much annual leave an employee is entitled to, then TimeTac continues to calculate their current leave entitlement, accounting for already consumed leave, as well as adding the next amount of entitlement. The system offers a user-friendly interface for the employee to request time off from work. An integrated workflow ensures that their relevant manager is notified of the request for time off and can process this in an easy manner. The employee is then notified when the request has been processed and the need for filling out forms by hand has been removed from the workplace.

Department Calendar

A calendar display of an entire month, showing all employees within the department. The purpose of this is to help with planning future activities, knowing when colleagues will be absent. The type of absence is not displayed by default, but can be enabled.

Public holidays for all EU and major nations are included in TimeTac. There are even specific calendars for each state, canton or district. Each employee can be assigned to a specific calendar, allowing easy collaboration across multi-national companies. The templates can also be edited to include or remove any holidays.
