The Manage Requests tab provides you an overview of all previously requested leave days and comp time. You can obtain the entire history of your requests from here.
Display Requests

Select the tab Manage Requests. You will see an overview of all previous requests, including their status. Click on the magnifying glass to see the details of any request. Managers can quickly process requests by clicking on the symbol for or for whilst in the overview. As soon as a request has been processed, the respective employee will receive a notification on their dashboard.
Cancel Requests

To cancel a request, select the desired request and click on . This will return the allocated leave days or comp time onto the user’s entitlement.
Delete Requests

To delete a request, select the desired request and click on . This will return the allocated leave days or comp time onto the user’s entitlement and will remove the record of the request.
You can only delete requests if they have not been processed by a manger.
Process Requests in the Detailed View

Managers can can click on the magnifying glass in the relevant line to see all the details of the request, leave a comment if desired, and then accept or reject a request with a simple mouse click.
