The menu lets you modify the level of rights of an employee. Excluded here are the access restrictions; these can be found under the side menu option entitled .
Project Time Tracking users: Access rights to projects can be edited directly in the menu
Customisable Permissions

- Assigned Menu Boxes: Select the menu options which should be visible in the side menu for the user.
- Assigned Departments for Team Calendar:
- Show Leave Type of Other Users in the Team Calendar: If deactivated, users see a grey block stating that the colleague will be absent on a specific day. If activated, the user will see the type of absence of their colleagues in the , such as annual leave and sickness.
- Allowed to Edit own Timestamps: Whether the employee can edit their timestamps without requiring approval from their manager or supervisor.
- Allowed to Edit Timestamps of Assigned Users: Applies to Managers only. Whether they are able to edit timestamps of employees within their department or employees for whom they are responsible for. Managers can still accept and decline timestamp requests if this is disabled.
- Allowed to Edit own Bookings: Whether the employee can edit their bookings without requiring approval from their manager or supervisor.
- Allowed to Edit Bookings of Assigned Users: Applies to Managers only. Whether they are able to edit bookings of employees within their department or employees for whom they are responsible for.
- Allow Project and Task Changes: Project Time Tracking only. Allow the user to create and edit the projects and tasks which time is tracked on.
- Show Statistics for All Employees: Show statistics for all employees in the company, rather than only themselves.
- Show Menu “Assign Favourites”: Displays the menu option which allows the user to assign projects and tasks as favourites for other users.
- Show Menu “Assign To-Dos”: Displays the menu option which allows the user to assign projects and tasks as To-Dos for other users.
- Show “Client Administration”: Project Time Tracking only. Displays the menu option to create and edit clients which can be assigned to projects.
- Show “Task Types” Settings Menu: Whether users of Project Time Tracking are allowed to view and edit the various task types which can be assigned to tasks.
- Show “User Settings” Menu Option: Displays the menu group within the menu.
- Show “Status Overview”: Displays the menu options which shows the currently running tasks of other employees. This will display the running tasks of other employees in the department, or for all employees if Show Statistics for All Employees is enabled.
- Show “Allowed to add absences without a replacement”: Whether the employee can request a leave day without requiring to add an replacement for their absences.
