
You can define hourly income and expenditure rates for employees within TimeTac. Open the User Management option within the Settings menu and select the desired employee from the display. In the rightmost Details panel, expand the Finances, Hourly Rates section to define the following:
- Internal cost per hour: Input the internal hourly cost for this employee here.
- Revenue per hour: Input the estimated hourly revenue rate for this employee here.
- Overwrite existing timestamps: By checking this checkbox when modifying the cost and/or revenue rates, you will overwrite the hourly rates for already existing timestamps with these new rates. If you leave this unselected, then the new rates will only affect timestamps tracked from this point onwards.
