Enable/Disable Users

Users are not deleted within TimeTac; they are merely disabled when they are not needed any more, then re-enabled when they are. This ensures that their working times remain in the system and that the statistics you see are still accurate.
Naviagte to the section within the Menu.
On the right hand side of the display will be a series of green ticks beside each employee. By clicking on these status buttons, you can deactivate users. This user will now appear faded and the status symbol will change.
Another click on the status button will reactivate the user.
When a user is deactivated, they are no longer able to log into TimeTac.
