Create New User

Navigate to in the menu.
Click on the button. Complete all of the fields in the window which is displayed (all fields here are mandatory). Click on the button to confirm your input.
Copy User

If you wish to create a new user, but realise that they will have the same permissions within the company as another employee, copying a user will be the most efficient way of doing this.
Select the desired user to copy from the list, then click on the button. Fill in the mandatory input fields displayed, then use the checkboxes to confirm which settings you would like to copy to the new user account. Click to confirm.
