By default, only managers are allowed to login from the smartphone apps to track their working time. This can be enabled for users. It is also possible to restrict where an employee can track their time from.
Access Authorisation and Identification

In the section of the , select a user from the list displayed. In the right hand side menu, an option labelled will be displayed.
The Allow Smartphone App Access checkbox enables the user to login from the smartphone app. If you also want to track time live via our app, activate the checkbox Allow mobile live time tracking.
The IP Lock checkbox allows you to restrict the IP address from which the user can login from. This is to be used, for example, when you only wish that employees track their working time from within the office environment. A Permitted IP Address must also be provided if this is enabled.
If you are using a time clock with your time tracking solution, then the Terminal Transponder ID is a unique identifier for this employee. This value should not be altered.
