Our smartphone applications give you the opportunity to record your working time from outside of the normal working environment. The ability to record working times via a smartphone opens up the possibility of time tracking for those who don’t always work in an office as well.
Business Trips
Time tracking while on the move allows you to record any commuting time while travelling due to business. The ability for the app to work offline also allows you to record this time while you have no data connection. The time tracking data will simply synchronize next time a connection is established.
Visiting Clients
If you spend certain times of the day or multiple days in a week outside the office – on visits to clients for example – then this time can be recorded. Simply arrive at your location and quickly select the task relevant to that client. You can also record the time between visits.
Working Outside the Office
As mentioned above, this practice doesn’t just apply to clients; it can also apply to those who work out of the office regularly, such as care workers that visit patients or plumbers on emergency call outs.
NFC Checkpoints
If it is paramount that your employees visit certain locations, such as security personnel, then you can ascertain an employees arrival with the use of NFC technology and checkpoints. This conveniently located NFC stickers require a simply contact with an NFC enabled smartphone to register the employees arrival at a location. You can optionally use the GPS feature to be absolutely certain of the location too.

Teams
Managers have the ability to record the working time of multiple employees, simply by selecting their names from a dropdown menu. This proves to be incredibly useful when working on field trips or out of the office activities.
Construction Units
With a combination of NFC technology and working in a team, the smartphone applications can be incredibly useful in manual working environments, such as on construction sites. A foreman with an NFC enabled smartphone contacts the NFC key fobs of the employees, allowing them to begin tracking their working time and attendance.
