TimeTac offers the opportunity to precisely manage future time frames for your employees.
You have the opportunity to create daily or weekly shift plans. The shift plans can be seen in the calendar by your employees. You can create different locations to portray your company structure. The shift planner allows you to schedule and directly allocate employees to a particular shift. To open the Shift Planner click on the menu Planning. Then select Shift Planner with a simple click.

The Shift planner shows you several shifts that have been created. On the left side you can see the shift plans, where location and tasks are listed. Above, the week days with the chosen shift plan are shown.

The employees needed and allocated to a particular shift are shown with a circle symbol. For each day the time frame of the shift is shown. Also you can see which employee is allocated for a particular shift via a mouse-over.

To create a new shift it is necessary to create a location first.

User Management

In order to be able to create shift plans for your employees and use the shift planner for a particular location, the “rights” have to be activated. Click on the menu Settings and then select User Management. Click on the employee that should be  available for the shift planner. Select the employee with a click on the checkbox. From now on the employee is available in the shift planner.

Managers with full employee access always have access to the shift planner.
