You can edit already created shift plans via the context menu.

Context Menu

Right click on the desired day. To edit the shift click on Edit Shift. Users can be assigned to a shift with a click on Assign/Edit Employees. If you want to change the time frame of your shift click on Edit Shift Time Frame.

You can change the date range and time frame for your shift plan via the context menu Edit Shift.

Assign Users

The date range is adjustable via the context menu Assign/Edit Employees. The users can be assigned to a particular shift via the drop down menu Assigned Users.

You can edit the date range for your shift plan via the calendar symbol in the Edit Shift Time Frame window.

Delete a Shift

You can delete shift plans anytime. Click on Shift Planner and then select the checkbox. Click on Delete Shift.

Published shifts can’t be deleted.

Shifts can also be deleted via the context menu. Right click on the desired day and click on Delete Shift Day.
You can delete single days of a shift plan with this option.
