Shift templates can be used again for any time frame.

Create Shift Templates

To create a new shift template click on Shift Templates, which can be found on the left side menu Settings and Templates. Click on Add to create a new shift template. You can name your shift individually. Double click on From/To to change the time frame of your new shift template. Double click in the field Number of Required Employees to allocate employees for a particular day. You can decide whether this day should be a working day via the checkbox in the column Active.

Delete/Copy Shift Templates

To delete an already created shift template, click on Delete. A shift template can be copied with a click on Copy and can be edited afterwards.

Using a Newly Created Shift as a Shift Template

Another possibility to create a shift template is to create a new shift via the Shift Planner on the left side menu. When you adjusted everything and you want to use this particular shift again, click in the checkbox Save as Template. Click on Apply and the newly created shift will be available as a shift template.
