There are various methods for tracking time with Project Time Tracking. Some can be done live, while the task is happening, and others can be used to record time at a later date.
Projects and Tasks

Find the specific task within the menu and click on the play symbol. This will begin time tracking for that task. Simply click on the stop symbol to end time tracking, or the play symbol of another task to switch to that.
Quick Start

If you know the name of the task, begin typing a few of the letters into the Quick Start bar. When the task appears in the dropdown menu, click on it to begin tracking time against that task.
Tasks: Live Start

Select the tab. You can use different filters to display only the tasks you want. The standard filter is My Favorites. Confirm your selection by clicking on Display. You can start time tracking by clicking on the desired task.
Timesheet
If you are tracking time post-dated, then you can input your working times into a timesheet; similar to the style of traditional hand-written timesheets.
Each row represents the different projects and tasks within your organisation. Enter the amount of hours for the appropriate day into the relevant cell for the task you wish to record time against. If you are interested in the timesheet, please get in touch with our support so we can activate this option for you.
Calendar

The Calendar provides an overview of working hours, so you can see if any time has not been tracked correctly.
You can add timestamps by clicking and dragging in the display. You can also click and drag on existing timestamps to make alterations.
List View

The List View provides a detailed insight into each specific timestamp.
Here you can add new timestamps, providing the start and end time of the activity, as well as editing existing timestamps if necessary.
