Overview

Project Time Tracking is concerned with recording how much time is spent working on specific projects and tasks. Employees track their time against the specific activity they are doing. This allows the production of statistics relating to working hours, project completion, costs and revenue.

Projects and Tasks

Projects and tasks are the core activities which an employee records their time against. Each task is unique to a specific project, allowing you to see the exact amount of time worked on one activity, as well as the total amount of time spent on that project. The project structure in TimeTac allows you to create complex hierarchies of projects and sub-projects, so structure and organisation is easily achieved and maintained.

Reports

The Reports menu offers detailed insight to the amount of hours that your employees have tracked. These can be shown in a graphical format, highlighting the key figures of working times and costs, or in detailed lists, complete with a breakdown of every activity that the employee worked on and when.

Numerous filters allow you to see the data for the specific time frame that you require. There are also other filters to define the data you want to see, such as certain projects or employees. All of this data can be exported to use as you so wish.

Clients can be assigned to projects in TimeTac, allowing you to see statistics relating to multiple projects for that client, as well as produce reports for them.
