Integration with Employee Time Tracking
The screen will display absence types of employees. Combining this with the current working status of those who are in the workplace allows you to receive a quick overview of the employees in your company, including those who are working, absent and sick.
The will display absences alongside the timestamps of an employee. These are different in colour to the timestamps and provide a description of the type of absence.
The key integration between the time tracking and leave management solutions can be found in the . This report provides a complete overview of the employee’s working hours and absences. When absences are requested, they are automatically transferred to this report, making alterations to the employee’s working hours. For example, requesting a leave day would automatically reduce their target working hours for that particular day to 0. This would then tell TimeTac that the employee is not required to work.
Various reports, such as the , and display working hour data alongside absences. These reports can be exported to .xls, .csv and .pdf formats.
Integration with Project Time Tracking
While Project Time Tracking is primarily focused upon tasks and project completion, rather than employee attendance, there is limited interaction with the time tracking side of the product.
However, within the , it is still possible to see working times alongside planned absences. This gives an overview for the entire calendar year of an employee. When looking at the of a specific employee as well, their absences will be displayed here.
Additionally, the screen will show the appropriate absence status of an employee, should they not be scheduled to work on that day.
