The following is a brief overview of the various different methods of tracking working time with the Employee Time Tracking solution:
Dashboard

When tracking time live, you can begin recording your task by simply clicking on the button located on the . A timer will display the current duration tracked so far.
To track break times, simply click on the button beside .
To end time tracking, click on the stop symbol which is displayed beside the task. When you click at the end of the day, you will also be reminded to stop the currently running task.
Timesheet
If you are tracking time post-dated, you can input your working times into a timesheet; similar to the style of traditional hand-written timesheets.
Enter the amount of hours for the appropriate day into the relevant cell. Don’t forget to also record your break times!
Calendar

The Calendar provides an overview of working hours, so you can see if any time has not been tracked correctly.
You can add timestamps by clicking and dragging in the display. You can also click and drag on existing timestamps to make alterations.
List View

The List View provides a detailed insight into each specific timestamp.
Here you can add new timestamps, providing the start and end time of the activity, as well as editing existing timestamps if necessary.
Smartphone
If your manager has activated this setting for you, then you can also track time via one of apps for your smartphones. We have all major options covered, with dedicated apps for iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
You can track time live, add timestamps at a later date, or even use solutions for NFC time tracking.
Time Clock
Regardless of whether you work in an office, factory or shop, a fixed employee time clock is a convenient solution to track time. A simple contact of an NFC key ring or use of a fingerprint is enough to begin tracking your working time.
