TimeTac will end support of onPremise installations by December 31, 2022. This means that from January 1, 2023 onPremise installations won’t get any updates anymore and any support tickets related to the TimeTac onPremise won’t be handled anymore.

The last invoicing period for support and maintenance will be December 2022.

This gives enough time to migrate the current installation (including any existing interfaces) to the TimeTac Cloud. Usually a migration can be completed within a couple of days.

If you are planning to migrate to the TimeTac Cloud (SaaS) offering, please contact your account manager or support@timetac.com for more information.

In exceptional cases a grace period until 30th of June 2023 can be granted.
