As you may already know, the new EU General Data Protection Regulation , or GDPR for short, will come into force on 25th May 2018. We at TimeTac have been intensively preparing to meet the stringent regulations surrounding data protection. This update of your TimeTac account is primarily about communicating the information and regulations contained in new documents. In order to continue offering our service compliant with the applicable legal provisions, the following changes are necessary:
General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”)
The amended General Terms and Conditions come into effect on 25th May 2018. You can find the changed GTCs at the following link: https://www.timetac.com/en/company/gtc/
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
This Agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is the foundation for data-processing in TimeTac and is agreed between your company as a user of TimeTac systems and TimeTac GmbH as a provider of those systems. The Data Processing Agreement can be found directly in your TimeTac account, by navigating to Settings , Account Settings , Account Management , then selecting the Policies and Documents tab, where the DPA can be confirmed.
