Split, Delete and Insert Timestamps

Splitting timestamps is useful, for example, when you have forgotten to change a task. Open the context menu with a right-click on the desired timestamp and click on . You can now select the task for the new timestamp and divide the time accordingly. To finish, click on .
allows you to insert a timestamp into the middle of an already existing timestamp. This is practical, for example, when a customer telephone call interrupts another task.
To delete a timestamp, simply select from the context menu.
Insert a Break

Open the context menu with a right-click on the desired timestamp, and then click on . You can then select the beginning and end times of the break (the duration of the break is automatically calculated). Click on to finish.
Move Timestamps

You can easily move timestamps by using drag and drop. Click and hold with the left mouse button on the desired timestamp and move it to the new position in the calendar.
Shorten/Lengthen Timestamps

To shorten or lengthen a timestamp, click and hold on the bottom edge of the timestamp. With the mouse button pressed, drag the cursor to the new desired end time.
If you would like to extend a timestamp so that it began earlier, simply click on the timestamp and edit the start and end time within the window.
Break Regulations

TimeTac offers the ability to automatically enforce any statutory or organisational regulations with regards to break times. You can specify the break regulation using one of the pre-defined templates from within the Settings menu. You can specify different break regulations for individual employees. The break regulations can be directly enforced at any time via the Calendar or List View.
